  • Club membership wash packages are set to automatically charge your credit card for your convenience.

  • Membership will be canceled if the monthly charge is declined by the credit card processing system.

Thank you for joining and welcome to your new Willie’s Car Wash App! Use of the Willie’s App (“App”) requires a supported Android™ or iOS™ mobile device (“Device”), a credit card (“Payment Method”) or Gift Card, and a valid email address. By using the App, you ("you" or "your") are agreeing with MLM, INC ("Willie’s Car Wash") to the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"):

App User Agreement

Section 1 - General User Agreement

  1. You are downloading the App, creating a Willie’s Car Wash Membership (“Membership”) User Account (“Account”), and selecting between a monthly Club Subscription Membership ("Subscription"; see Section 2) or a pay as you go Membership (“PpW”; see Section 4) which allows you to use the APP.

  2. Your selected Membership may be used at any Willie’s Car Wash in Manhattan, KS. Visit williescarwash.com for a complete list of retail outlets.

  3. While using the App, you will select a Wash Plan (i.e. Powercat, Purple Power, Wildcat, Willie’s Wash) for each vehicle that specifies which wash features you will receive when you visit a Willie’s Car Wash with that vehicle.

  4. You may add multiple vehicles to your Account with each vehicle having its own Membership and Wash Plan. Add vehicles via the “Wash Club” section of the App.

  5. Prices for monthly Subscriptions and pay as you go single washes are set by each Operator for their site. Pricing is posted on site and in the app and is subject to change.

  6. Willie’s Car Wash may increase Subscription rates with 30 days advance notice by either the Operator posting at the car wash site or Willie’s Car Wash sending notice to the email you have on file in the App.

  7. You can change or update your personal information at any time via the App. It is your responsibility to make sure your contact information is kept up to date in the app to assure the receipt of pricing changes and notifications.

  8. Willie’s Car Wash reserves the right to change the payment amount to include tax at any time, or to reflect tax law changes at your Subscription location.

  9. Promotional Subscription or promotional Pay per wash pricing may be limited to specific Willie’s Car Wash locations. Pricing and participation may vary.

  10. You are responsible for making sure your vehicle is in acceptable condition to be washed. Guidelines are posted near the entry of every Willie’s Car Wash to help you ascertain if your vehicle can be washed. If there is any doubt, you are responsible for asking the Operator prior to entering the wash.

  11. You are responsible for operating your vehicles safely and in accordance with all verbal or written instructions while on the premises of the Willie’s Car Wash location, including without limitation, placing your vehicle in park when inside the car wash bay. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any damage or injury caused to the car wash equipment, the Operator’s employees, and other customers or their vehicles if you fail to do so.

  12. You agree to hold Willie’s Car Wash and the Operator harmless for any injury to yourself or the occupants of your vehicle and any damage to your vehicle resulting from the actions of another customer or guest, including without limitation another customer’s failure to operate his or her vehicles safely and in accordance with all verbal or written instructions.

  13. The Operator of any Willie’s Car Wash location reserves the right to close any location due to inclement weather, major holidays, equipment maintenance, service interruptions, wash site enhancements, or force majeure.

    Section 2 – Club Membership (Monthly Subscriber) Terms and Conditions

  15. By selecting the Wash Club option in the App, you are registering for an automatic and recurring monthly Subscription for car washes at a selected Wash Plan. The Subscription uses scanning technology to allow you to use the APP to wash your vehicle and receive your selected Wash Plan automatically.

  16. You will be charged a monthly Subscription fee based on the Wash Plan you have selected ("Subscription Fee").

  17. The Subscription Fee will be an automatic and recurring monthly charge to your Payment Method.

  18. The Subscription Fee will be charged on the date you activate your Subscription, or if you subscribed using a promotional code or Gift Card (see Section 5), from the date the promotional or pre-paid Gift Card period expires.

  19. The Subscription will automatically renew every month and the Subscription Fee will be charged to your Payment Method each month on the renewal date.

  20. The Subscription cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts, including but not limited to, pre-paid washes, vouchers, Fleet accounts or discounts.

  21. The Subscription does not apply to special events.

  22. Promotional Subscriptions may be limited to single Willie’s Car Wash locations. Pricing and participation may vary.

  23. Entering a promotional code will register you for an automatic and recurring monthly Subscription once the promotional period expires. Promotional Subscriptions must be deactivated prior to the monthly renewal date in order to prevent an automatic renewal and avoid a charge.

  24. Should you elect to upgrade your Wash Plan during a billing cycle, you will immediately be billed the pro-rated difference in the Wash Plan price based on the days remaining in your current billing period. Should you elect to downgrade, you are immediately moved down to the lower package but you get a prorated credit on your next monthly bill.

  25. You may transfer your Subscription to another vehicle. Transfers are only allowed once in a 30-day period. 

  26. In the event Willie’s Car Wash is unable to receive payment from you for reasons such as card expiration, non-sufficient funds, or change in information, your Subscription will be halted immediately, and you will not be able to wash your vehicle. It can be reactivated by paying the amount due at any time. 

  27. You may cancel your Subscription at any time and stop future automatic monthly renewals using the App. You will need to repeat the cancelation process for each vehicle within your Account. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email for each canceled Subscription. Once canceled, you will be able to continue washing for the remainder of your pre-paid Subscription period and no automatic renewal will take place. Learn more about canceling here.

  28. Once canceled, you will no longer be able to use the APP for automatic access and billing and must use the pay stations for future washes.

  29. If you  want to temporarily halt your membership you need to cancel your plan then restart up with a brand new plan when you are ready to resume at a later date.

  30. To request a refund for any reason, you must contact the Operator or Willie’s Car Wash’ Guest Services Team within 45 days of your monthly Subscription charge. Refunds will be granted or denied at the sole discretion of the local wash site and/or Willie’s Car Wash’ Guest Services Team. There are no refunds for lack of use during the Subscription term or for partial months.

    Section 3 - Free or Discounted Month Promotional User Agreement

  31. Willie’s Car Wash offers several forms of the free or discounted Month promotion for Subscriptions. Participation may vary.

  32. The free or discounted Month offer is only available to new App users/new Members who have never selected a Wash Plan for their vehicle.

  33. A new App user/new Member is defined as someone who has not previously registered their license plate, their email, or their phone number in conjunction with an App account.

  34. If you have created a Subscription account at any point and/or currently have an active, paused, or canceled Subscription, you are not eligible to receive the free or discounted Month promotion.

  35. Free or discounted Month offer in App

    1. New users of the App are offered a free or discounted trial month to experience the Willie’s Car Wash UNLIMITED Club.

    2. This promotion is available at participating Willie’s Car Wash locations only.

  36. Free or discounted Month offer on site

    1. If you are a new Member and sign up for a Subscription at the cashier window, you will receive 30 days of free or discounted washing after the purchase of your first wash.

  37. To complete the sign-up process, you will need to claim your free or discounted month in the App, complete the sign-up process for an auto-renewing Subscription, and accept our Terms and Conditions.

  38. Free or discounted Month offer with a Gift Card

    1. If you create a new account in the App and use a Gift Card to pay for your initial Subscription, you must select 'auto-renew' and enter a valid Payment Method in order to receive your free or discounted Month. If you do not select 'auto-renew', you are not considered an active Member and will not receive the free or discounted Month promotion.

  39. Corporate, Fleet, and Professional Account types are not eligible for our free or discounted Month promotion.

  40. All promotions are subject to change and subject to participation.

    Section 4 – Pay as you go User Agreement

  41. By selecting the Pay Per Wash option in the App, you are registering for a Pay per wash Membership, which uses technology to allow you to use the APP to wash your vehicle and pay for it automatically with a stored Payment Method.

  42. The Payment Method on file in your Account will be charged for every car wash you purchase. A purchase is counted when you select a wash type. 

  43. Your Payment Method is charged at the price of the Wash Plan you have selected on the App.

  44. Wash prices may vary depending on car wash location and local sales tax laws. Please review posted wash prices prior to entering the wash lanes. 

  45. Each vehicle in your Account is charged separately for each wash as they occur.

  46. You may select a different Wash Plan in the App at any time; however, it may take up to 5 minutes for your selection to become active. Until that time, you will receive the Wash Plan previously selected.

  47. In the event Willie’s Car Wash is unable to receive payment from you for reasons such as card expiration, non-sufficient funds, declined charge, or change in information, your Account will be placed on hold, and you will not be able to wash your vehicle until the payment issue is resolved.

  48. You may cancel your Pay per wash Membership at any time and stop future automatic payments by canceling the Membership in the App. Once canceled, you will no longer be able to use the APP for automatic access and billing and must use the pay stations for future washes.

  49. You will need to repeat the cancelation process for each vehicle within your Account. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email for each canceled Membership.
